Explorations Café Holland America Line's ms Ryndam debuts the new "Explorations Café - powered by The New York Times." The café is a comfortable, living room-style environment where guests can sip a cup of coffee, browse through a selection of more than 2,000 books, spend time enjoying a wide selection of music and surf the Internet. These new resources, including a wealth of content provided by The New York Times, provide guests with an in-depth look at the history, culture and traditions of the premium line's worldwide destinations. |

Culinary Arts Center Holland America Line's new Culinary Arts Center aboard the newly relaunched ms Ryndam offers guests several different culinary demonstration events each cruise. One-hour demonstrations feature innovative cooking techniques and specially designed recipes that reflect the itinerary or a special occasion. In addition, hands-on, interactive cooking classes are offered for those guests who prefer to get in on the action. The Culinary Arts Center is being added to all ships in the premium line's fleet. |

The Loft The Loft, a new teens-only lounge designed to resemble a New York artist's loft features a special passageway to a secluded, teens-only sundeck called The Oasis. The Loft offers activities such as Internet, games and conversational sitting areas. |

The Oasis The Oasis, a teens-only deck for ages 13-18, is a perfect space for teens to soak up rays and hang out. The deck features hammocks, a state-of-the-art sound system and a laser light show. A special passageway from The Loft, an indoor teens-only space, accesses the secluded Oasis. |

The Greenhouse Spa The Greenhouse Spa reception area welcomes spa and salon guests. Spa treatments include exotic skin, body and hair treatments ranging from hot stone massages and pedicures to hair styling and facials. The fitness facility is also located in the Greenhouse Spa and includes the latest exercise equipment, treadmills, bikes, stair steps, yoga and fitness classes and more.
